What's outside the monthly plans?
Our plans cover content creation and, for Done For You, scheduling. They don't include comments or DMs, paid ads or ad spend, video production or regular Reels, daily account monitoring, unlimited revisions, or last-minute emergency requests. We don't guarantee sales, followers, or leads.

How much does social media content help cost?+
Every option starts with a $599 one-time AI assistant setup. After setup, Do It Yourself has no monthly service fee. Done With You costs $129 per month for eight graphics and matching captions plus a suggested calendar. Done For You costs $349 per month and adds Facebook and Instagram adaptations, approval, one reasonable revision round, and scheduling. Third-party software subscriptions are separate.
Do you work with businesses outside Crossville, Tennessee?+
Yes. Sidekick Workshop is based in Crossville, Tennessee, and works remotely with small businesses throughout the United States. We learn about your business, build your assistant, and provide training and optional monthly content support.
How is AI used to create my social media content?+
AI helps generate ideas, branded graphics, and captions using your business information and brand guidelines. A real person reviews the content we deliver. With Done For You, you also approve your posts before scheduling.
Do I need to know how to use AI?+
No. We build your assistant and walk you through using it with examples from your own business. You bring your knowledge of the business; we help with the tools.
Will it understand my business and existing branding?+
We use your business information, audience, products, services, and brand voice to customize the assistant. Already have a logo and colors? We'll use them. You'll still want to check important details in any AI-generated content.
Do I need a ChatGPT subscription?+
You may need a paid ChatGPT plan depending on the features you want and what's available on your account. We'll confirm the requirements and any third-party costs before setup. The delivery method depends on supported account capabilities.
Who owns the assistant? What if I cancel monthly help?+
You keep the delivered configuration, instructions, and brand files if you stop using our optional monthly services. Access to ChatGPT and other software still depends on those platforms' subscriptions, features, and terms. You can also choose no monthly service from the start.
Do you post to Facebook and Instagram?+
With Done For You, we adapt the eight monthly content concepts for Facebook and Instagram and schedule approved posts through a scheduling platform. You'll need to connect the appropriate business accounts. Done With You includes files for you to publish yourself.
What if I don't have photos?+
We can use branded typography, graphics, and appropriate AI-generated visuals. Real photos are helpful when showing your actual products, work, or team. We won't present an invented image as a real photo of your business.
Can I request changes?+
Done For You includes one reasonable revision round before scheduling. Requests outside the agreed content scope or additional revisions need a separate discussion. Unlimited revisions aren't part of the monthly plans.
How much time will I need each month?+
Plan to complete the monthly update form, provide any relevant details or photos, and review your content. Done For You also needs your approval before we schedule. Time varies with your updates and feedback; we'll establish a workable routine together.
